Sean Cummings

Sean Cummings

I have been going to MMR for the past 1.5 year and I notice a big improvement in my physic.

As a fitness competitor to stay on top of the game which puts my body under alot of stress regular sports massage helps speed up recovery, better blood flow, more flexibiity for training and keeps me injury free. Highly recomended for any sports and people physically active. It has become a essential part of my training.

Phillip Mitchell

In August 2012, Philip Mitchell from Cookstown embarked on his Challenge 20/20 which involved him walking 20 marathons in 20 days, all for the Royal National Institute of Blind People, Northern Ireland.

During the challenge I suffered an injury to his lower left leg. This was an injury that was going to take quite some time to mend but with the help from Mid Ulster Massage Room, Lucas had helped me to get back on the road to recovery. I would like to say a massive thank you to Lucas for his expertise and his professionalism in the treatment which i received and in helping me fully recover from my injury.

Cheryl Cardwell

I have been attending MMR since 2012. Sports massage has become an important part of my triathlon training. The benefits of the regular massage with Lucas, include minor niggles being identified and treated before they escalate into something more serious. The treatment also allows the muscle groups specific for cycling and running to recover quicker, allowing me to train harder.

Lucas also provides me with information on injury prevention, stretching and general advice on training techniques.

What I like about MMR and Lucas is his appreciation of how hard triathlon training is, and how he is able to understand and apply specific treatment to the tried muscles.

I believe his own involvement in sport gives him great insight when treating his clients.
