Lukasz Kowalczyk came from Poland and has been living in

Mid Ulster for the past few years.

He has been involved with sports for many years as an athlete, coach, therapist and he is a qualified swimming teacher, swimming coach and fitness instructor. He has VTCT qualification level 3 and 4 Sports Massage Therapy (Advance skills and massage techniques preventing and managing the injury in sport and active leisure) and recently qualifed to the highest degree in sports therapy which is level 5.

He is specialising in Kinesio Taping a very powerful therapeutic method used by many top athletes. He is also qualified in Swedish Body Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Accupresure Chair Massage.

Lucas is a member of the FHT (Federation of the Holistic Therapists) the biggest Association in UK and he is fully insured.

He has worked with different local teams like Cookstown Hockey Club, Cookstown Rugby Club, Fr.Rocks Gealic Team and also with individual athletes form different sports backrounds, leisure athletes and non-sports people helping them to stay injury free, maintaining performance and providing rehabilitation.
