Lukasz Kowalczyk came from Poland and has been living in

Northern Ireland since 2005

 

 He has been involved with sports for many years as an athlete, coach, therapist and as a qualified swimming teacher, swimming coach and fitness instructor. He has VTCT qualification level 3, level 4 Sports Massage Therapy (Advance skills and massage techniques preventing and managing the injury in sport and active leisure) and level 5 Sports Massage Therapy which provides the highest levels of training in the UK for Sports Therapy Massage. Level 5 provides further knowledge on injuries, assessment methods as well as increasing the skill set while perfecting further therapy techniques to treat a wide range of conditions.

 

He also specialise in Kinesio Taping, Dry Needling and Dry Cupping which are all powerful and therapeutic methods used to treat different musculoskeletal problems 

 

Lucas is a member of the FHT, (Federation of the Holistic Therapists) the biggest Association in the UK and he is fully insured.

 

Lucas has also attended many seminars and workshops designed for doctors, ostepaths and physiotherapists in Poland, England and Ireland 

He has worked with different local teams like Cookstown Hockey Club, Cookstown Rugby Club, Fr.Rocks Gealic Team and also with individual athletes from different sporting backrounds, leisure athletes and non-sports people helping them to stay injury free, maintaining performance and providing rehabilitation.
 

Operating since 2011 in Cookstown, additional clinic now open in Aughnacloy
